This is the grant request application for our FY2025 1st Quarter. This is the only application form that will be accepted July 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024. The 1st Quarter application will be removed from our website on September 30, 2024, or whenever allocated funds for this quarter have been exhausted – whichever occurs first. Do not save this application for a future date. The application is updated on a quarterly basis and the current quarter’s form must be used to be accepted.

A new application form for the next quarter will be available October 1, 2024, on our website.

All requested documents must be received within 21 days of the grant request receipt notification date. If documents are not received within that time frame, your application will be closed, and you will need to re-apply.

This is a first-come, first-served program, and funds are exhausted quickly. If you do not submit the requested documents in a timely manner, funds may run out before your grant request is fulfilled.

Bills must be past due when you apply. Our program does not provide funds for “anticipated” past due or late bills. Mortgage and rent payments are considered past due after the grace period for payments provided on the mortgage statement or as written in your lease.

This program does not pay down debt. The past due amount owed cannot exceed our limit of $2,500.00.
