The Purple Heart Foundation’s Honor Their Service 250 campaign was created to connect America’s 250th anniversary with the continuing needs of Purple Heart recipients, honorably discharged veterans, and their families.
Through this campaign, sponsors have the opportunity to stand with veterans in a meaningful and visible way while helping fund programs that provide stability, healing, companionship, and opportunity.

The Purple Heart Foundation Mission
Since 1957, the Purple Heart Foundation has existed to improve the quality of life for combat-wounded and honorably discharged veterans through direct assistance and access to resources that support them after their military service.

Helping Veterans & Families Find Solid Ground
Every quarter, we allocate funds for Critical Assistance Grants. These lifelines help eligible veterans and their families address urgent needs such as rent, mortgage payments, utilities, and emergency expenses.
Stability matters because no veteran should face hardship alone, and your sponsorship will grow our exposure and help fund more grants!
HEALING
Support for Visible & Invisible Wounds
The wounds of service are not always visible. Honor Their Service 250 supports the Purple Heart Foundation’s work to connect veterans with trusted mental health resources, wellness partners, and recovery-focused support that helps them move forward with dignity.

COMPANIONSHIP
Creating Connection & Purpose
Through the Foundation’s Battle Buddies initiative, the campaign helps veterans experience the connection, routine, and emotional support that companion animals can provide. This pillar focuses on restoring connection and hope for veterans who may be facing isolation after service, and since this will be an on-going, national initiative, your exposure as a sponsor will be long-lasting.
